Turkishenglish.com Terms and ConditionsThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the contract between Turkishenglish.com ("the Company") and yourself ("the Customer") for the supply by the Company to the Customer of the "Services" defined below. These terms are subject to periodical amendment. 1. This Site is for your personal and commercial use. We make a number of resources available on this Site but you may not commercially distribute, copy, license, store or sell any information or materials obtained from the Site. 2. The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide accurate translations. However, the Company is not liable or responsible for errors, omissions or ambiguities in the translations. The liability of the Company for damages arising from direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages caused by errors in translations shall be limited to to the amount paid for the translation. The Customer is responsible for having translations checked for accuracy. 3. The Company shall do its best to deliver translations within the agreed-upon time. However, the Company shall not be liable for delays in delivery that are beyond the Company's reasonable control, including electricity or telecommunication failure, acts of God, riot, war, invasion, acts of terrorism, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, legislation changes, flood, fire or drought. 4. Charges and Payment 4.1 All payments are due within 30 days of the invoice being issued. 4.2 The Company reserves the right to require payment in advance. 4.3 All bank wire fees (including intermediary bank fees) must be met by payor. Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees (€20.00) and interest (8.00%). |
